Welcome to Argyle Community Housing

Argyle Community Housing is a community-managed, not-for-profit, housing organisation. Our main objective is to provide and manage secure, sustainable housing for people on low to moderate incomes who would otherwise struggle to find somewhere to live. As a community housing service provider we are linked into, and responsive to local needs, have the interests of our tenants as a key focus and are committed to building sustainable communities in the areas of need that we serve.
Argyle currently provides housing in the areas surrounding Campbelltown, Camden, Wollondilly, Bowral, Goulburn, Yass, Queanbeyan, Young ,Wagga Wagga, Griffith and Albury in NSW and Tuggeranong in the ACT. In March 2011 we were managing over 2000 properties across eleven local government areas.
We are governed by a Board of Director's and our Constitution and employ a dedicated team of professionals whose passion and commitment is to;
- provide homes that are well maintained, secure, affordable and support our tenants in achieving better social outcomes
- be a community partner who works collaboratively with our tenants, support services, industry organizations and other stakeholders which comprise our community
- be a business that is financially strong, viable and operates within a rigorous governance structure
- develop innovative and creative opportunities for the growth of affordable and sustainable housing in NSW and the ACT
